REQUIREMENTS
All dogs over 12 months must be spayed or neutered.
​
Dogs must be non-aggressive towards people and staff.
​
Proof of current vaccinations is required (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella). RPA only accepts vaccination records issued by licensed veterinary or authorized veterinary vaccine clinics, Owner Administered vaccinations are not accepted.

If vaccinations are overdue rabies and DHPP must be updated before check-in. Overdue Bordetella vaccinations must be administered at least five days before your dog’s scheduled arrival. Routine Bordetella boosters given before expiration do not require a waiting period.
All dogs must be on a veterinarian-approved flea prevention program (excluding flea and tick collars).
DISCLAIMER
This is an indoor-outdoor facility. Dogs participate in daily outdoor play and activity. As a result, dogs may experience sore pads, minor cuts or scrapes, hot spots, or exposure to fleas, ticks, or illness from other dogs or wildlife.
Owners are required to keep Vaccinations current and to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, sensitivities, or behavior concerns prior to arrival so appropriate care can be provided.
Running Pond Acres Bed & Biscuit is not responsible for conditions that arise from normal activity or environmental exposure unless caused by direct kennel neglect.
